Draft for early access. It describes how the product works today and will be reviewed by a lawyer before Peanut connects to real stores.

What we collect

  • Waitlist: your email, the store URL if you give it, and when you signed up.
  • Contact form: your name, email and message.
  • Website analytics: anonymous counts of page views and button clicks per day. No cookies, no IP addresses, no identifiers.
  • Connected stores (when available): orders, line items, refunds, discounts, shipping charged, product costs and ad spend. Peanut does not store customer names, emails or addresses.
  • Documents you upload: receipts and invoices you send for expense capture, kept for 30 days, then deleted.

How we use it

To run Peanut for you: calculating profit, detecting changes, answering your questions and sending the alerts you choose. To answer questions and read documents, relevant figures and images are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic), which processes them on our behalf. We don’t sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Your controls

  • Review, edit or delete what Peanut remembers about your business.
  • Delete all data Peanut stores for your store from Settings → Data & privacy.
  • Unsubscribe from waitlist emails from any email we send.
